British Championships 2015 (18-04-2015)

Very fast running. Hesitation at no.4, did not see earthbank on map. Vegetation boundary was not distinct. Found control on small hill; guess it was on the spur but not clear. Hesitated to no.6, seemed too many pits. Missed no.11, stopped short on pacing. Rest OK but re-pulled hamstring tripping over wire heading for no.17
