Nationale Sud-ouest (2017-06-18)

Complete disaster. Slow start to first control. Poor route to no.3, should have gone east to path and then north (2-3 mins). Arrived at control. Lots of boulders so decided I was in wrong place. Fell and had to sit down as hurt my back. Then turned wrong way when re-started. Finally found control on a knoll next to wall (10 mins). Concentration gone and thought ran down area with no boulders from crossing point but obviously didn't. Relocated on depression (5 mins). Missed no.5 despite aiming for crossing point (2 mins) and then stopped early at no.7 as did not see wall on edge of circle (2 mins). Very poor run.
