UK Northern Championships and Dales Trophy (19-09-2015)

Disappointing run. Leg could not cope with rough terrain and heavy cold did not allow running at speed. Went to pieces at no.12, saw control in distance and ran to it, totally forgetting my pacing (and that it should have been only 150m away!!). Not sure what I did to no.16 as I thought I followed compass out of no.15. Didn't make much difference:(
