Midland Championships (28-02-2016)

Early mistake at no.5; Failed to read difference in forest. Slow in heather and had already run out of steam by no.9. Lost 1 minute at no.12 due to poor execution of bearing. Went completely to pieces on last long leg. Could barely run and then brain would not function at crossing point. Bearing error also at no.18. Happy with run but not with fitness for this length of course.
