Départementale Circuit Violet Long (01-03-2015)

Using as a training exercise as hamstring too tight to run hard. Left no.14 in wrong direction and did not realise control was below ground so climbed. Went back and started again for practise. Overshot no.17 although saw control. Slow during second butterfly as lost motivation.
