British Sprint Championships A Final (2017-09-30)

Completely unfocused at start due to start times/results issues. No time to change to correct contact leneses and so strugglong to read the map at 5000 scale. Poor route to no.2 (later runners could see others going to control). OK until no.13, punched control, couldn't read map and took wrong direction; then thought I had not punched no.13 so returned to control and re-punched. Lost 3 minutes and so last in A Final. Pleased to have got there :-)
