London UltraSprint (13-09-2015)

Just one of the 4 UltraSprint courses. 3 initial courses - no control descriptions and 30 seconds penalty added to time for every wrong control. Final - mass start head to head race with forking for the top 4 in each class. Then everyone else runs one of the final courses. Great event - several French runners from Ile de France, COBS and Caen. I may have been walking but I was not last :-)
